OTIS-Jerry A. Otis, died Sunday, May 4, 2007 in Patton, CA at the age of 59. Born in Columbia, Mississippi, Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers; James, Willie and Donald, and his sister Delores. He is survived by five sisters; O.G., Jeannette, Penny, Georgia and Catherine, and a host of nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held at Avalon's Chapel of Peace on Thursday, May 8, 2007 from 5:00pm to 9:00 pm. A funeral service in celebration of Jerry's life will be held on Friday, May 9, 2007 at 10 am,at Avalon's Chapel of Peace, 415 E. Orange Grove Blvd., Pasadena.
