Dennis Doi was a lovely person. He had a great sense of humor which kept those around him laughing. He was friendly, helpful and willing to share. We had a few classes together and enjoyed spending time sharing thoughts and ideas. After thinking about Dennis I wish to add a few more things about him. He was very interested in acting and playing the guitar. He was one of those people who enjoyed entertaining others. Great smile!
I knew Dennis from the days of Washington Jr. High or possibly in 1st grade at Lincoln Elementary. It was funny how we had known each other as kids/teens and would see and greet each other on many occasions shopping in the grocery store as adults. And the last time we spoke was probably around 2000-2002. Dennis told me about his health issues and some were very serious. I knew that would be the last time we spoke. RIP Dennis, until we meet again.
