I did speak to Mona's children and they are holding a memorial service on Nov 30 and again Dec 1, 2018 I asked about flowers or donations and they suggested that what would be most helpful would be donations to handle expenses and any remembrances be sent to her family. : C/O Erica Waller to address 27844 WhiteTail Way, Sacramento Ca 95823. They will read any rembrances at the service. Bob Niemack sent them a copy of the 1967 video of PHS and two of her daughters had watched it and enjoyed it. They said that Mona often reminded her family that she was the pep Squad leader and was very proud of that legacy.

Viewing (3-7pm) and Quiet Hour (6-7pm) will be at Thompson's Funeral Home,3601 5th Ave, Sacramento, CA 95817 Friday November 30th.
Those wishing to express words of love and memories will have an opportunity to do so at the quiet hour only.

I am late with my rememberance of Mona. Shocked, really, since I spoke to her and her daughter during the PHS campus tour following our 50th reunion in 2017 at which time she was her friendly and energetic self. Mona was a such a delightful person with a ready smile for everyone.
